Please give as much advance notice as possible.
Cancellations made 90 to 60 days before departure of the tour are subject to 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation made 60 to 30 days before departure will be charged 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation made 30 days or less before departure will be charged the full amount.
In case the participant decides to break a tour/cruise, no refund whatsoever can be made for the remaining part of the tour/cruise, or for unused services.
The acceptance of the voucher/ticket or Charter Agreement shall be deemed to be understanding of the above conditions.
For groups, special conditions will apply. Programs, rates, schedules and the Terms and Conditions set forth herein are effective to December 31 2010 but are subject to change.
